The Journey
This is Dralwa at its most rarefied: a journey with nothing left to chance and nothing left out. A licensed guide and dedicated vehicle travel with you alone throughout, a helicopter carries you between valleys that would otherwise take a full day's drive, and the encounters along the way, a blessing ceremony, a private audience with a pulse reader, a chef's table built around you, are yours alone to keep. What remains constant, even at this level of privacy, is the same participatory spirit that runs through every Dralwa journey: you are not shown Bhutan from a distance, you are welcomed into it.

Regeneration is not an add-on here, it's the reason this journey exists. For every guest who travels with us, we plant one tree in partnership with The Happiness Farm, returning something to the land your journey moves through. We calculate the carbon footprint of your journey and offer you the choice to go further, planting additional trees through the same partnership should you wish to offset it. In place of single-use bottled water, we provide a clean water supply throughout your journey for guests to refill their own bottles, leaving less behind than we found.
